SHIPPING POLICY
We hope that you will appreciate that, although we are making every effort to send out orders on time during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible that some deliveries will take longer than usual.

For UK Customers
​
An email will be sent to you once your order has ben received. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of payment. As we make some products to order, they may take slightly longer. In these cases, shipping estimates will be stated in the product description. Personalised products may also take longer, but this will also be listed on the product description. Please check item descriptions carefully when ordering. Customers will be informed of any issues or delays with the dispatch.
UK customers will be able to select a choice of Royal Mail delivery options at checkout: 2nd Class, 1st Class or Special Delivery, depending upon the insurance value of the items.

Anna's studio is based in Sherwood, Nottingham so local customers are encouraged to contact Anna directly to arrange a collection.

For International Customers
​
We love to send our products internationally and will gladly ship to any location. Please feel free to get in touch before ordering to know your shipping costs in advance. We will always aim to get the best shipping rates for you. International orders are shipped via tracked and/or signed delivery as tis is the safest insured postage option.
​
Please be aware that this service can take from one week up to four weeks depending on the service and destination. If you are worried about your order at any time, please get in touch.
​
Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order.

Need an item fast?
Don't panic, we can probably help! Just let us know as soon as you can (before midday if possible) and we will do our best to provide a same day dispatch for you. If you are a UK customer, you can select a Special Delivery service, which will arrive the next working day if ordered before 12 noon. If ordered after this time, please do give us a call and we can see if a post office dash can be arranged.

Lost or delayed items
Our customers will be sent an email confirming that their order has been received and will be on the way within 3 working days. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks of that email, please do let us know so that we can investigate.

Please take care to provide a correct address. If a package is sent to the wrong address, the redirection of the parcel is the customer's financial responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy
All of Anna's items are made by hand and consequently may appear slightly different from the item photograph. The glaze combinations and insect design will always be the same as the photo you see. We ask that you read the listings carefully so that you know what size each piece will be.
​
If you've bought an item from us and for whatever reason, you've decided you don't want to keep it, then you can return it for a full refund or credit note. A request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
​
Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.
​
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly with your reason for return and the preference of refund/credit note. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
​
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s), minus the cost of postage.
​
Although we package all orders very well in the unlikely event of something arriving broken we will of course replace free of charge.
